I called ion a monday, never expectanting the salon to be open and was able to get appt same day. Now i have to say it was a fix since i had stopped at supercuts and got a very poor haircut to say the lest........ Kerry did what she could but was fabulous, could not do anything about the shaved bald spot on the back of my head but just will not look at back of my hair until it grows.Front looks awesome. Def go back..

Just moved to the area - needed a haircut badly... Salon Michele was recommended. I've always been skeptical when trying something new because my hair is fine but today's experience made me feel as though I had taken a trip back home to New York. Kerry rocks and Kathy is the perfect receptionist! Everyone was polite and my appointment was on time!

The owner's name i think its Michele, omg, she thinks shes still a teenager those bad highlites, outdated style. They are not professional AT ALL, they want to know about your personal life. I am sorry but i want to get my hair done, NOT talk about my private life. Overall the only friendly and professional was the recepcionist, i think her name is Cathy.

WOW. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is all I have to say. When I entered this salon, located next to Dunkin Donuts in Newtown, CT, I was greeted by the most friendly receptionist. I think her name was Kathy. She told me I would be taken care of in the next few minutes by Michele. She was finishing a haircut/style. My appointment was at 5. She had me sitting in the shampoo chair at 5 on the dot by one of her professionals. I felt pampered the whole time as I was offered water, coffee, and snacks at least twice while I sat in my chair during the hair color, style and shampoo. Thank you SALON MICHELE. I cannot thank you enough for the great hairstyle and friendly attitude. You really know how to treat your customers. I will be back AGAIN and AGAIN............... Olivia.
