The community provides independent and assisted living options to residents. It is a ministry of United Church Homes and Services, which is a nonprofit organization. Abernethy Laurels provides home maintenance, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair solutions. The community also offers housekeeping, 24-hour emergency assistance, night security, and lawn and yard care services. In addition, it provides laundry and barber solutions to residents. Abernethy Laurels houses a wellness center with an indoor lap pool, therapeutic hot tub and large exercise studios.
