NOT GOOD SERVICE: I just tried to order and pay for balloons over the phone. I was quite rudely told this was not possible. I offered my credit card to pay in advance and that is not an option either. I need to drive there to order them in person, and then drive there again to pick them up. Very inconvenient! Especially not user-friendly for moms with kids (majority of balloon users). I have bought paper goods there many times. They just lost a customer.
