      Full vision is a small fabrication shop that is filled with arrogant and self absorbed people. They do bids on large jobs and over work their employees. They clam to be a family type company but they do not take care of the employees. When employess are not taken care of it shows in the quility of their product. They claim to be a percision metal fab shop but truth is they are just out to make a buck and they don't care who they step on toget it. The pay is low and the hours long. They want you to work a 10 hour day but will only pay 8 hrs. for holidays.
