Mike came on time, was clean, friendly, got right to work. I had 'found the problem and the replacement part' on line and Mike graciously tested several other things to make sure I had diagnosed it correctly. He was quick, the 'on line' video of the repair, (the main reason I decided it was way over my head), had showed it to be quite complicated and 90% was performed 'blind' with only being able to feel with your hands behind the drum. Mike to my amazement, was done in an hour, watching him it was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing, was very clean, through, explained what he was doing the whole time. He tested the 'old part' in front of me to show me it was indeed defective and needed to be replaced. For the job he performed, the 'no hassle' experience, the courteous, clean, on time professionalism he demonstrated his fee was very reasonable. I will use him again in an instant if I every have another appliance breakdown. I would recommend him to my family and friends without fear of poor performance. Its very hard to find a knowledgeable, affordable, available Service Technician and I intend to keep his number handy,
