customer service very misleading. We took our new leased VW to fix a "Rattle" in the dashboard. When dropping it off the service department said they would "take care of" an oil change and a recalled part. We have been dealing with VW for many many years and have always had oil changes included in the lease agreement. Apparently this is no longer you policy, however we were never told this. Imagine our dismay when picking the truck up expecting no charge....we didn't ask for an oil change we just wanted the rattle sound to stop. we were charged $100.09!!!! I find this miscommunication on VW's behalf totally unacceptable. I could have easily have taken my truck in for an oil change at my leisure for a lot less. The fact that we never asked for that service and the way it was worded to us is what I am really angry about. I am totally dissatisfied with the service department at VW autocenter.
