The division of infectious diseases at Newport Hospital provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient testing, counseling and medical care to patients with any type of infectious disease. Our areas of expertise include bacteriology, global health, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS), infection control, virology and sepsis research.
