I had an impossible package to pack and ship. The woman who took care of me at Shipping Solutions could not have been more helpful and kind and patient. This would have been impressive all on its own, but she did that after she'd already explained this particular package needed to be mailed from the post office. She refused to accept any money for her help. Writing this review is all that I can do to thank her for her lovely generosity.

Rude owners.

I have always been treated well when I have stopped into this business while on vacation or doing business in Newport. They have been very accommodating and helpful. As for those whiners complaining for being charged fees, that is pathetic. I guess you expect something for nothing but these good folks are in business to make money and provide for their families and employees. They make their living by providing services and only get paid for the shipping charges they generate. If you do not like to pay their fees, spend the money on gas to drive to the UPS or FedEx or Post Office to drop off your "prepaid" items. You get what you pay for, including convenience.

Waste of my time!

This place charges a drop off fee even if you have prepaid for FedEx or UPS with your own account. According to UPS and FedEx they are paid by Them for each package they pick up so this company is getting paid by the shipper and the shipping company.

Whenever I deal with this company, they go the extra mile to meet my needs.
