The gentleman working there this morning was soo helpful. I told him what I was looking for and the sizes and he was able to gather them for me. I was able to try out different brands and sizes. I even tried on shoes. My experience there was a joy and I definitely will be coming back to shop.

Very rude, too pricey, and not a good selection for plus size

The store never has anything in stock. They always have to order it. I can do that myself online for cheaper and faster. The point of going to a store is to buy it now not wait a week.

Great place to get uniforms. They have a wide variety and great customer service!
If you're looking for a great selection of medical uniform items, I highly recommend this store. Both the selection and assistance are great.

Very bad customer service. Customers are made to feel as if they are an inconvenience. I ordered some scrubs and was told that they would arrive in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I was told it would take another 2 weeks after I had to call to inquire about my order (that I already paid for). In the meantime, I had to buy scrubs from another retailer. I asked for a refund and was denied. I had to argue with the clerk before they would agree to give me my money back. The clerk was very rude to my wife and I. He rolled his eyes at her when she came in for the refund. He was also very rude to his co-worker. All in all, it took 4 phone calls and 3 separate visits to finally get the refund. This place has lost my business for the next 30 to 40 years that I am in the medical field. I will be sure to make all of my colleagues aware of the way they run their business.
