Our sunlit studio, established in 2006, specializes in private, semi-private and small group instruction. We offer both classical and modern forms of Pilates, group exercise ( including dance ), and traditional personal training. Our certified instructors are carefully selected and have sound resumes. We consistently attend workshops and keep up-to-date with the newest fitness trends. Whether your goal is to tone for that "little black dress, " fix a specific injury, you are pregnant, a golfer, or senior citizen, we have got what it takes to improve your physical and emotional well-being. Come do something beneficial for you! Our space features reformers, towers, Pilates chairs, barrels, spine support apparatus, balls, bands, tubing, dumbbells, aerobic steps, a floating floor and more.
