I was satisfied, quite happy because I had a loan which would be similar to a passbook loan. I borrowed $500 and they froze my savings until I paid it back. Later , I borrowed $500 again, same terms. The director, Mr. Armistead , made sure I signed the contract stating my savings were held as collateral. When I decided to pay it off early, right after the director left for another position, teller said, oh no, you don't have any savings held. I went back several times, no luck. I stopped paying the loan, hoping to hear from the credit union. No luck. I am going to have to go to court to get this settled. I was informed by one of the employees that a computer crash occurred, but everything was fine. I would not recommend them anymore. Not reliable.
