DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I paid a loan off on 8/13/2012. I received my original title, car key, original agreement with PAID stamped across and the payment receipt showing a $0 balance. So why did I wake up this morning 1/22/2013 to find my car missing. I called the local police dept who informed me my car was repossessed by no other than LOAN SMART!!!! After I took my paperwork to the police dept I was instructed to file a civil claim for actual and punitive damages agains this shady company. I was also directed to file a claim for investigation with the FTC through the state attorney general. Now Loan Smart is trying to figure out why my car was illegally repossessed and how they can return my car back to me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
