Please do not be fooled by the model. The apartment I moved in was nothing like the model. When i moved in there were red spots all over the carpet, the apartment was dirty, My refrigerator stopped working , dishwasher was broken, ceilings leak water in to your living room, the drains were clogged, Maintenance does not fix anything, The new staff is rude and not friendly at all( after you move in). The lease states one thing and they will tell you another, If you move there keep every piece of paper work they give you it will come in handy trust me. Make copies of everything you give them and send them paper work by certified mail.

The staff is new and in no way are they nice. The ceilings in the apartments leak water, when I moved in there were red stains all over the carpet, the sinks were clogged, the dish washer doesn't work, the air conditioner broke multiple times when it was hot outside. We called maintenance multiple times with no response. They show you the model and it looks nice but your apartment will be nothing like it and on top of all of that they increased the rent and for the area and for what you get its not worth it!!!!!!

I will say this first, the management staff and maintenance staff at Hilton Village are great, however you do not move into an apartment because of how nice the staff treat you. Hilton Village has a rodent problem-mice to be quite frank. My family moved into our unremodeled unit in June 2009 (which looked nothing like the model we were shown). I will say this, that as soon as we moved in we already had it made up in our minds that we would be moving as soon as our lease was over. The day we moved in I saw the mouse droppings in the drawers in the kitchen, but me being naive I didn't even think that someone would move us into a place knowing there was a mouse problem. I continued to see droppings on the counter, and on the dining room table. I finally went down to the rental office and they had the infamous exterminator come set up traps in our unit (useless). I saw my first mouse in September. And then after that we caught 5 mice in our home. Let me tell you that Decon is a true friend
