I do not recommend this agency. A CNA was in the home assigned to provide care for an older gentleman needing services. Sometimes she supervises him, sometimes she does not. This client had a severe fall needing 10 sutures in his head yet she does not provide direct supervision for his safety. When I arrived at the home she was outside talking on the cell phone.Today she left the home to provide a favor for a friend. She was getting paid to care for a client! Not only did she abandon this person's care but left him unsafe. Do not use this service under any circumstances. There are a number of quality concerned staff in the area providing competent care for those in need. Do not be fooled by JCAHO accreditation.
