Worst customer service ever. Went in to have a new touch screen radio/CD player installed in my truck. About an hour after dropping off my vehicle, I was called and told that they could not do the install because my dash was cracked. The dash was not cracked prior to me dropping off the truck. The staff would not accept responsibility even though I know it was not cracked prior to being dropped off. Not even an apology, offer of a discount or a solution. When I picked up my keys, not even a word was spoken. Never been so disrespected. Unbelievable that this company or at least this site is still open.

Wow..... Way to high priced !!!!!!Apparently there must be some kind of illusion that it is the late 90's because the prices of quality built stuff has gone way down. If you have plenty of money and you want to waste it don't come here donate it to charity. Will never even look at any store with this name on it.

I had 2 Sirius radios and recently a Viper system. Would not have anyone else do an install for me. Have never had a problem when dealing with Rob.

What a awesome shop. I went in thinking my system sounded the best it could be. But after talking to Juan and listening to the system in his personal car I had them revamp my whole system. The guys in the back doing the install went above and beyond on it even thou they closed at 7pm and my car wasn't finished til after closing. Once the install was done Juan even went over all the features of my new radio and paired my iphone to the bluetooth. I am going to recommend Audio One to my friends and family.

Im trying to get a quote to get an remote start alarm installed these jokers don't even answer the phone or return calls. Thats bad business when someone is trying to spend hundreds on an alarm

called em up over the phone and quickly helped me out, they had been closed for 45 minutes after i called and still answered; friendly, and going to pick up the specific part i need tomorrow that other stores did not carry

I dont know who the last guy talked to but I had a very good experience going there. I was looking for an established shop, not any rinky dink place. I walked in there and told them what kind of music I listen to(death metal/hardcore) and he had a couple of suggestions. We made up a 'wish list' with his prices, I came home and found the head unit I wanted cheaper, so I bought that, all other prices were very fair for shop prices. After I got my head unit I went there and I left my car there that day, picked it up the next day, looks amazing, sounds awesome! I didnt have a bad expierience when I went there, I was totally satisfied, and I am active duty military. I got a pioneer AVIC 130bt, 3 10W3's, memphis components and 2 memphis amps. HIGHLY recommend Audio One in Newport News.

My visit to this Audio store was the very worst ever! 8 Oct 2010. I walked in and the "Manager" proceeded to tell me how he could not flush mount "tweets" in my GMC Sierra truck near the front window. I explained to him that several friends have them mounted in this manner. He stated he had 22 yrs of experience, but provided zero options for me. I asked if he could order the brand that would fit in my truck...his answer? He did not carry that type. Thats not what I asked...lol. Zero customer service, zero red carpet treatment. I told the manager that I was retired military, he stated he did not care about my military sercvice and couldnt do the job. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
