I've had to call this cab co. three times this week...twice I called the evening prior and still I was late for work in the morning. One driver couldn't stop his tirade about was I saved and how the catholic church is a cult. Another one whined about my trip being so short (I have been told my other cab drivers I tip very well so that couldn't have been the problem), and the driver that picked me up today was very quiet....because she was TEXTING while driving the entire trip!!!

Being farely new to the area, I find that Associated Cab Company is very prompt and courteous; especially when it comes to time calls and diffiently when I have an important business meetings to attend, they are on time. I also heard they have been serving the Newport News,Virginia (Denbigh) area for over fifty one years.I would highly recommend their company.

Because of my experience with Yellow Cab from the airport to the motel when I came to town, I wanted a different cab to take me back to the airport. I was charged $21.50 for the ride I was told should have only been around $10. So I called for an advanced reservation for a cab the night before to go to the airport for Friday morning, Oct 24 at 4 am. I had called Orange Cab and was told they wouldn't have anyone in the area that time of the morning. I was staying at Ft Eustis Econolodge. So I called Associated Cabs. The driver was 15 minutes early. He went the way I was told he should go and the fare was only $9.00. He was pleasant, and we had a nice conversation with him the 10 minutes it took us to go from our motel to the airport. I was very pleased. I didn't get his name or the cab number but I wanted to let you know you have a nice driver on your staff. Thanks so much. If I ever get to come back to Newport I will call you again for a cab ride.

Requested cab several days in advance. I made it clear when I made the reservation that they could not arrive late, I had to catch a plane. Driver called me from Denby to get directions to my home 15 minutes before he was to be here. I waited 10 minutes after the time the cab was to arrive. Fortunately I had a car at home, I passed the cab on my way out. Cab driver left a nasty message on my voicemail.
