Wow!!!! When I called to request an appointment to repair my heating unit, I was surprised when I was told they'd have someone respond within 45 minutes. Kevin B. was my service tech. He quickly analyzed the problem, professionally explained the problem, and promptly made the repair. This is exactly the HIGH QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE that is lacking in so many other businesses. I was so impressed I signed up for the spring and fall air and heating service plan. GREAT JOB!!!

I highly recommend these guys! They are as honest as they come and that is huge with me. I called them because my heat wouldn't stay on and even though the office lady asked me some questions regarding my filters, I reassured her they had been recently changed. They were there in no time flat and guess what they found...clogged filters. The technician removed it and explained to me how the system "breathes" and the impact a dirty filter can have on the unit. I had a filter and he replaced it for me and then continued to look over the rest of the system to make sure it was safe for the season. They could have found other things, charged me more, and I wouldn't have been the wiser. But they were honest and seemed to care. Thank you, Art Newsome! David Spellman Yorktown
