Technicians Larry and John worked hard to repair our outdoor leaking faucet but had to return to replaced with a new faucet. We appreciated them trying to repair the old one first!!

I recommend A-1 America for plumbing services they do an excellent job and in both times I have used them they were able to complete the project on the same day. When I called another company they couldn't come out for five days. I highly recommend A-1 America.

Bryan at A-1 American had a great attitude. He installed my kitchen faucet and gave us tips for our garbage disposal. He also fixed our bathtub drain. Will use again. M. G.
During a major winter freeze (Jan 2014), one of our pipes busted. I called several plumbing companies... out of those companies I called (at ~11 am), A-1 American was the only one that >> guaranteed << having a technician come out the same day. So, we scheduled an appointment for that day. Unfortunately, the technician never came out and the company left me "hanging dry" (i.e., "wet" in this case). 1. After waiting for about 5 hours, I called around 4pm again and inquired about the estimated time of arrival (ETA). At that time, they still couldn't tell me about the ETA but indicated that the technician had me on schedule. 2. Around 7pm (still no technician had shown up thus far), I called them again. By now, the scheduler had left the office (expected), so the "answering service" picked up the phone. To my extreme disappointment, that person didn't have a clue nor could he access the schedule to provide me additional information.

Our water heater decided to break over the weekend. Monday Phil and I think Dan came and did a really nice job of putting in a new water heater for us. The city came today and inspected it all is well. We have HOT water again!
