We recently used this company for a significant leak in a bathroom ceiling at our house in Atlantic Beach that required us to emergently shut off the water main. Ben answered the phone and was so personable and professional in getting us a service appt ASAP. Austin arrived on time and was super! He was first, up front about the very reasonable service call charge, and then kept me very professionally and knowledgeably updated as he assessed the problem and what he recommended for repair and the charges. He was done from start to finish in an hour. The fix was fast and very reasonable. We would certainly use and recommend this company in the future!

They were out to look at our problem in less then 24 hours. Evaluated and gave us several options with cost up front with potential outcomes both positive and negative. The whole time the technician was professoinal. When he had finished the work area was neat and clean.

I was extremely disappointed in the way this company treated my family. On a job that should cost under 3000.00 they first tried to charge close to 7000.00. When I called foul they quickly dropped the price somewhat. However being in the industry I called two other plumbing companies recommended by local general contractors and I'm so glad I did. The final cost of the repairs from a professional plumber was 1500.00. I would not and will not ever recommend this company as they disgrace people trying to make an honest living.
