I have had the most frustrating experience with this company. The staff is unprofessional and disorganized. Without exaggeration, every time I have called the office to see if my doctor has sent a fax they say they have not received it. Her office has had to send multiple faxes and make multiple phone calls to straighten out a very simple transaction. The salesperson we met with, Matt, has passed the buck for mistakes, has argued with me, laughed at me, and finally been rude to me when I pointed out the many miscommunications. If your doctor recommends them, think 3 times and ask if you can get your supplies from ANYWHERE else. This is lifesaving, medical equipment we are talking about here, not tupperware. There could be serious consequences from this type of shoddy business practice. If they had better management and oversight, I'm sure they would do much better work.
