Beautiful spaces but poor poor management. Very few properties in the cincinnati area require a rent over 1 G -- this place does, and for that price you'd expect everything to be top notch. Prior to moving in to my apartment I had multiple issues -- frankly I wish I had requested an inspection (as you would for a new house) becuase of of the multitude of issues. The AC was broken in the bedroom and took 2 mos to fix. The carpets were cleaned however there is no dehumidifer in the unit so it took close to a week to dry. Half the windows did not lock. I'm still dealing with ineffective electrical heat and poorly insulated walls. In retrospect I would not move into these units again, even if the rent was half the price!
