Marwit Capital is one of the oldest private equity firms in the Western United States. Founded in 1962 and based in Southern California, the firm invests in lower middle market businesses. It targets investments with revenues of more than $20-200 million. Marwit Capital partners with several management teams to complete buyouts and provide growth capital for expansion investments. The firm invests nearly $10-30 million of equity capital per platform investment.
