Upon graduation, she practiced in the Newport Beach Office of O'Melveny & Myers LLP, where she was a member of the Real Estate Department and Environmental Law Practice Group. She subsequently served as General Counsel for EquiCo (now RSM EquiCo, Inc.), a financial services firm. After taking off five years to have her babies, she worked for Sherry Meyerhoff Hanson & Crance LLP, a real estate law boutique.
