I wanted to open an account with this company, however; the 1-800 # will not let you do it. While on thier website a received a pop for a live chat and requested to speak with someone. That agent sent several minutes trying to talk me out of a live agent. Finally, she gave me a number to call. I called and tried to explain to the agent when she cut me off and started telling me what (I was trying to tell her). No customer service here! If I have this much trouble trying to open an account I can imagine what it would be like if I open an account. No stars for this service :(
