Horrible! They completely mislead me so I cancelled the account. Now three months later I have a charge from Custom Wireless on my credit card for $400. They state that this if for an early cancellation fee. They charge as well as T-Mobile to cancel the service!!

DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY. I WAS HARRASSED AND TOLD THEY WEREN'T GOING TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BECAUSE i SAID i SAW PHONES CHEAPER ELSEWHERE. TRIED TO GET ME FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT. WILL SAY ANYTHING TO SCARE YOU TO STAY WITH THEM. DON'T BOTHER UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE MONEY!
