You can't even talk to the manager to get a look at this gym without the third degree. I had called LA Fitness a few hours earlier, and talked to a female employee asking if would be alright to come in, and look at the gym. She said no problem. I didn't get her name as she was talking like at 78 speed with marbles in her mouth. I asked her twice what her name was, still didn't get it. I was asked who I talked to, and I said I didn't know, because of this. He said the only female was Colleen, so I said it must have been her. Then the manager says it couldn't have been her, because she doesn't do that! At this point I said "All I wanted to do was look at the gym". I walked out perturbed. I guess they don't need any more business with this condescending attitude! Zero Stars!
