I have been purchasing countertops from Dan's Custom for over 10 years. He has built our bathroom (3) countertops as well as our kitchen countertops and for 10 years running they still look amazing and up to date. We have recently gotten into the business of "flipping" homes. Dan suggested an undermount sink in laminate. The whole thing looks amazing! Every potential buyer that walks into the kitchen is amazed at how beautiful the counters look with the sink and the special corian gem lock edge. We love Dan's work and have recommended his work to many friends and family looking for an update to thier kitchen, bath or office.

Countertop bubling at seam. Compnay ower says you can't get the kitchen counter wet.

I can't imaging that a kitchen sink cant get wet or it will cause the surface to peel? The owner says the seam is sealed with a water resistant glue. Didn't resist very much water. There was no disclosure that the you can't get the counter wet (a ridiculous expectation) and the owner would not fix the problem less than a week after it was installed. Buyer beware!!
