The company fabricates tube assemblies for aircraft engines, commercial aircraft, ground turbine engines, rocket engines, military aircraft and underwater defense. It performs computer numerically controlled bending with the use of multiball mandrels, clamps and precision radius blocks. Its bent tubes feature minimal wall thinning to meet the various requirements of clients. Tube Bends performs brazing in controlled atmosphere conditions. It performs furnace brazing using filler materials, such as copper, silver, nickel and nickel gold. The company performs tungsten inert gas welding, computer-controlled orbital welding and manual atmospheric chamber welding. Tube Bends is ISO 9002:1994 and AS 9000:1997-certified company.
