Hi, my name is Leslie Kreuzberger and I have been selling Real Estate in the Santa Clarita Valley since 1987. Prior to that I worked in the insurance business, in marketing and sales. Once I made the transition into Real Estate, I was hooked! I love working with sellers and buyers; helping them make their dreams come true. As a Real Estate sales professional, I continually attend educational seminars and classes to keep up to date with the ever changing market. In recent years, the biggest change to the market has been short sales. I obtained the Certified Short Sale Specialist designation in 2007 so that I could help homeowners understand the short sale process, and walk them through the steps needed to successfully close escrow on their home. I also work closely with the lending and mortgage industry so that I can keep abreast of the current lending requirements, lending programs and interest rates.
