Be careful or you will get ripped off!!!First of all we did have great care there and they helped my son a lot. The technician was very kind and helpful and answered all my questions. I do not want this review to reflect badly on him because he was awesome. Here is my problemMoney is tight for us. We just had a baby and the added financial responsibility made my husband and I think twice about getting a cranial band for our son. So many articles online and even a doctor in the family mentioned that the issue would probably resolve itself. However, we were told an employee in the office that the band would be entirely covered by insurance so we figure why not try it. It certainly wont hurt.it did...Not the baby, but us. I moved ahead with the decision when she said the insurance covered it. However, I was cautious so I asked her several more times. She even told me that she called the insurance company and they confirmed that the whole helmet would be covered. Obviously it was a lie because we got a bill in the mail for around $450. Are you kidding me? That is a lot of money especially since we were told it would be zero and if she had told us the truth there is no way we would have moved forwards with the decision. We of course do not have $450 laying around so I went in immediately and asked the office staff about it. The new lady (who was actually very kind) told us that the woman who I had previously talked to had been let go for this very reason. She even said that there were records in the office of the woman telling us it would be free. She agreed to talk to a supervisor to see if there was anything they could do. Meanwhile I'm reading their code of ethics in the office saying that you will know any costs upfront and that they will stand by it.... clearly not. They couldn't do anything. They hired the woman, luckily they had the sense to let her go but they need to honor what she told us.... multiple times. It was a very hard blow to me and my husband and we are still trying to financially recover even now. If you are planning on getting something covered by insurance call your insurance provider and do not trust the office staff. Do not make the same mistake I did. I am just very disappointed that they did not stand by their code of ethics. I had higher hopes for such a reputable and large company who can clearly afford to cope the loss.Again the care we received was wonderful
