The Lori Jane Foundation specializes in Contestant Consulting on Investment and Borrowing TV Shows. We also teach Borrowers how to approach lenders in the commercial banking field and how to prepare for the first loan interview or investment interview. We teach such things as what the investors expect in the way of a Return on Investment, how to negotiate an equity position for the lender/investor and how to not get a bad investment or loan.
