      Yoga Center of Newburyport is the oldest, most comprehensive yoga center north of Boston; a lively and supportive yoga school for people of all ages and abilities. Together we study yoga postures, breath work, philosophy, movement and meditation in an atmosphere of curiosity, compassion and celebration. Whether you are looking to find more peace and balance in your life, make your body stronger and more flexible, manage stress and other health issues, or deepen an existing yoga practice, our skilled and nurturing teachers will help you fulfill that intention, and much more.
