I have been practicing therapy for more than 30 years and I have found that people enter therapy because they are confused, upset, fearful, sad-- distressed. Distress signals the need for a change. You have begun to look toward changing. I want to work with you to help relieve your distress and create change. I want to work in partnership with you to change those feelings and thoughts and behaviors that interfere with fulfilled living, gratifying work, satisfying relationships.I work with women/men, adolescents, couples/families. Men's Issues are an area of particular interest because men approach change in a unique way. In addition to psychotherapy, I offer personal and professional coaching for individuals and groups to enhance performance through stress management and values clarification.
