“The Hospitality of an Inn, Hidden in a Motel” Nestled on a hillside, at the base of Mount Sunapee, The Lake Inn is a perfect escape for couples or families. We offer an ideal location ~ one minute to the mountain or the lake for year-round fun. We are a short drive to area schools: Colby-Sawyer, Dartmouth, and New England colleges or Proctor Academy. Our goal is to provide clean, comfortable rooms at reasonable prices with a great night’s sleep. All 12 motel rooms have a picture window overlooking Lake Sunapee and the State Beach with heat, air conditioning (seasonal), private bath, hair dryer, alarm clock, free Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV/VCR and complimentary videos for your nightly enjoyment. Some rooms have private screened porches. We offer hot beverages and breakfast snacks in the morning as well as grills, fire pit, picnic tables, and a hammock to enjoy family time or just relax.
