      Sunburst designs custom stained, beveled, and etched glass windows to provide privacy, manage light, add art, and make a personal statement. Our installations are easily reversed to make it possible to take your glass along when you move. Sue especially enjoys creating designs that include personal aspects of the people she is designing for. We use glass from many manufacturers-- Kokomo Opalescent Glass, Wissmach Glass, Bullseye, Youghiogheny, Uroboros, Spectrum, Armstrong, Fremont, as well as other glass from Germany and France. Our work can be seen at Deaconess Gateway Hospital, The Women's Hospital, Newburgh - Ohio Twp. Central Library, and many churches in the region. In 2011, Sunburst is creating ceiling domes in two new branches of Independence Bank in Henderson and Bowling Green, Kentucky. Sunburst is the restorer of the stained glass at the West Baden and French Lick Hotels. We completed the glass restoration at Indiana Landmarks' new headquarters in the former Central Avenue Methodist Church in Indianapolis in 2010. Decorative glass can cut glare, create privacy beautifully, fit special window shapes like octagons and arches, admit light into windowless interior rooms, add personal art, and memorialize loved ones and pets.

      Amenities
      Our studio is always open for visitors to see how the work is done. Sunburst offers studio tours anytime for individuals and small groups. Larger groups may plan visits in advance. After you have seen what it takes to make stained glass windows, you will never look at stained glass in the same way again. Come see for yourself.
