Established in 1984, Senior Catering is a nonprofit corporation that serves more than 11,500 midday meals throughout South Carolina. The restaurant provides a variety of sauces, salads and steaks. It offers a range of cornbread, fried chicken, sliced turkey, broiled chicken, peas and sweet potato patties. Senior Catering also provides dinner rolls, bread, milk, pear crisps, spaghetti, fried fish, Hawaiian chicken salad, sausage, steaks, marinated vegetables and sugar cookies. Additionally, the restaurant serves various fruit desserts. It provides its services to over 180 contractors and has a staff of nearly 100 employees. Headquartered in Little Mountain, S.C., Senior Catering maintains one of its locations in Newberry, S.C.
