Visit long-distance musher Laura Neese and her team of sled dogs at MI DOG summer sled dog center located north of Newberry, Michigan and just 10 miles south of Tahquamenon Falls State Park. Laura has been blessed to share tens of thousands of miles and many adventures with her canine companions over the past eight years. They have summited and descended mountains, traveled in 60 below zero temperatures, run across the frozen Bering Sea, crossed the frozen 31 mile long Lake Laberge, and traveled all over North America together. It has been and continues to be an incredible ride and she and the dogs are excited to share their lifestyle and stories with you at MI DOG! Come enjoy a summer day learning about the sport of dog sledding and get hands-on with the canine athletes.
