General Info

I practice under the notion of being a realist. We all have busy lives with many commitments and adding one more is tough. I have a lifestyle business and I try to figure out from visit 1 what yours can handle and needs. I don't put you into my box I get into yours. There are recommendations made and expected if you want the maximum out of your visits. Should you choose not to follow or believe in all of them that is up to you, I will still work my best to get you to the expected place you want
