Shepherd Hill is a nonprofit behavioral health facility that specializes in the treatment of chemically-dependent individuals. It is an approved treatment provider for the State Medical Board of Ohio, the Ohio Board of Nursing and the Ohio State Dental Board. The center s facility includes a dining room, an auditorium, psychiatric and detoxification units and recovery residence. It offers a wide range of chemical dependency treatment program, such as detoxification treatment, inpatient treatment, day treatment, extended residential treatment, intensive outpatient treatment and after care. Founded in 1985, Shepherd Hill works in association with various state licensing boards and agencies and is located in Newark, Ohio.
