As the previous post stated alot of room for the money in the townhouses but if you can get past the bombed out parking lot to get to your apartment you are doing good, once you get in the door you then have to put up with kids being alowed to run the place and be unsupervised. management just tells you to call the police instead of taking care of the problem. Trash constantly all over the place and half repaired apartments. These were probably nice 30 years ago but they have not had updates since then. KEEP LOOKING!

You get a lot of space for the price when you get the 2 bedroom town home. Although you have to deal with a lot of bull to stay in them. They were dirty when we moved in, paint all over the baseboards, baseboards not even finished in bathroom, dishwasher was 1/2 of a regular one and didn't work due to all the calcium build up, beat up counters and cabinets, the maintenance would take at least a week to call or come fix and they gave you no warning as to when they would come, trash all over the parking lots, never answered phone, parking lot has no assigned parking (even though they told us we would) and no painted lines so people park however, leaky roof, bugs and our apartment was more clean when we moved out than when we moved in and 3 weeks later we're STILL waiting on our deposit. They're fun for college kids who don't care about their place but just keep in mind all of those downfalls...
