      Don't just join our classes because we're local, join for the experience. We offer flexible membership plans with the option of no long-term contracts. We have a friendly, family atmosphere that caters to all fitness levels and allows you to train at your own pace, whether it is the easier entry level or the more rigorous advanced level. It is not all work and no play. At Traditional Karate, our students train for fun, fitness and competition. All of our classes are small and we pride ourselves on our ability to give individualized training.
