About ROSMAR ROSMAR INDUSTRIES, LLC was founded in 2004 by Mr. Jose J. Rosario, and Mr. Jose B. Martinez. These two gentlemen were acquainted personally for over twenty (20) years; both of the men had Real Estate expertise: Jose J. Rosario is a licensed Real Estate professional, who acquired in NJ Salesmen's license in 1987, and traveled abroad with the United States Armed forces from 1988 to 1994. In 1993 he earned his Associates Degree in Business Administration, through the Army A.E.C. program and Boston University. In his Quartermaster position as (S4) with the 203rd Support Battalion 3rd Infantry Division at Kitzingen West Germany, he achieved the rank of (E6) Staff Sergeant. He also gained basic business acumen, while negotiating battalion level purchases of everything from sundries to Armored M1 Abrams tanks. When he left the US Army he began his career as an AVP of Purchasing at Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith; later he was made VP of the Corporate Vendor Audit team that he administered. This opened the door to new ideas as Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith fostered his hunger for Education in the financial services sector. As a Certified Financial Analyst by the year 2000. He decided to reinstate his Real Estate License in NJ, and began helping some of his clients move out of the stock market and in to Real Estate. Jose B. Martinez is a thirty (30) year veteran of the grocery store (Bodega) industry. He came to this country with no money, no formal education, and no prospect of employment. He began his life here as a motivated gypsy taxi driver by night and a Spanish grocery stock person by day. Saving every penny earned he was able to send for his wife and began his first store in Manhattan. Since that day he founded and sold many types of retail businesses. In 1980 he founded San Miguel Grocery in Irvington, NJ. A pillar of the community he purchased the building that San Miguel rented space from in 1995. During this long, and challenging ordeal he learned how hard it was to be a first time commercial buyer. The Hard Money lender took advantage of his situation and charged him over thirty 30% percent for his loan. Although this was a sure track to financial ruin, his tenacity and unwillingness to quite earned him the Deed to that building in the year 2000. He since then purchased several other commercial buildings both as individual and in partnership with Jose Rosario. His portfolio has an estimated value of over $3.5MM. When the opportunity to open the doors of Rosmar Industries came, we planned to continue to manage our portfolio while offering the same services to both avid, and novice investors. We pride ourselves in the goal to educate the public about how easy anyone can secure wealth through the purchase and professional management of Real Estate.
