It's has it's pros and cons. When you cal your on hold for hours and some time the phone hangs up and middle of the call. It's a long wait process to receive the subsidy and the staff is very rude. The program itself helpful but the eat it's ran needs to be improved especially the phones because I was on hold for 2 hours and then the phone hung up

The program is good for people who are trying to go to school and to work. However, why do they cut the children off when the parents are trying to get on their feet. My daughter was stuck with a 382 dollar bill because they cut her off. She is doing an intern to finish school with 3 kids. The parent don't make any money?
