Wesley, is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (SCGREA); a designated member of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers, and National Association of Real Estate Appraisers. In additional to Wesley's STATE CERTIFIED GENERAL license level, his credentials are further substantiated with his membership affiliation with the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers and the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers. Wesley earned his State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser credential, and his National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers ( IFAS & IFA) designations after meeting these organization's work experience and education requirements, including passing a written vigorous examination for the State of New Jersey Board of Real Estate Appraisers, and submitting acceptable narrative appraisal reports to the NAIFA organization.
