The theatre is beautiful. Great seating and movie screens, but as far as management, it is horrible. If you go to the matinee, you are not allowed in the building until the movie begins and by the time you buy your tickets, the movie is about to begin. They should open the doors at least a half hour before the movie begins so that you are able to buy your tickets and purchase your food. The staff should have everything setup prior to that, but it never happens. People tend to miss the beginning of the matinee because they start the show on time, but you are still waiting to purchase tickets. Terrible management. They need a larger staff to assist with everything. Everything else is great. Thanks Shaq.
