This dental office helped me through a root canal with little to no pain! Would recommend this practice to anyone!

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseAs soon as I walked through the door I was instantly relaxed by the calming music. The receptionist was sweet and it was only a few minutes of waiting in a peaceful leather massage chair before I was called in. Dr. Linda was very helpful and was very gentle when doing my filling. After about an hour, the procedure was complete. I was surprised because I felt no pain. The TV was on and the entire procedure was spent in relaxation with a blanket and a movie. Afterwards, the checkout procedure was quick and before long I was done! I have also had a few deep tissue massages from the spa and `they feel great! I would recommend this business to anyone. Horrible service! My son has a cavity which was found by his pediatrician. It can be seen clear as day when you ask him to open his mouth. I called ahead to try to get an estimate of what it may cost and an appointment and they treated me horribly. I simply asked to get an appointment for an exam and filling for him for all in one day so that I could minimize the time that I would have to take him out of school and the time that I would have to take off of work. They would not schedule time for a filling because their doctor had not seen him yet (so they can bill for more). Also, trying to get them to estimate out of pocket expenses ahead of time for you has always been a problem with this practice. They want to wait until the day of the appointment to spring questionable costs on you which some may accept out of convenience. I always questioned their billing practices and had contemplated switching before. They don't care about customer service and are not family friendly.

I love to come to Christiana Dental Spa. Has very nice dentists and staff! They call to see how patients are doing after the treatments, I didn't have any discomfort after or during the treatment. I love the beautifully adorned walls and the new gift shop! Including wall silk paintings to spa amenities the Christiana Dental Spa Gift Shop has it all! I got 10 silk bookmarks for a very reasonable price!

My 2nd visit there I waited 40 mins. I was never called back. Another patient came in after me and was taking before. I waited 40 mins in waiting room, only person waiting. i was never offer massage or anything. I asked how much longer, the girl at desk told me not much longer, informed her I was on my lunch break, I only have a hour...so she went in the back and came out told me 10 mins, I told her to cancel my appointment, I never went back..horrible service.
