Excellent service and technical assistance when I walked in with problems with new Google Navigator/Maps and with my phone overheating. We had not bought our phones at this particular store, but we certainly will from now now. 7/20/2013

bought a charger for my Verizon Cell phone.......33 days later charger broke....Due to not being near that store I had to purchase a new charger at a Regular Verizon store ....The Wireless Zone refused to give me my money back unless it was a manufacturer defect. How do they know it was not a defect.?? I have never ever had a cell phone charger just break like that . I say they sell substandard equipment under the Verizon Auth Dealer name. I spend over 600 a month for 4 cell phones and Verizon Home Package and I was treated awfull over a 24.99 charger...No where on reciept or in store does it say 30 day return policy.....
