I asked the technician to not cut my nails too short. She continued to cut my nails too short. She shook her head as she understand my request. My nails are throbbing.
-0 Stars -My experience at this salon was horrible! I went in and requested a refill for my gel nails. While Im not a nail technician, I have been coming to the salon long enough to know when someone has limited experience or has been poorly trained. I went to the other side to get a pedicure and while sitting there I quietly asked the gentleman if he could get someone to redo my nails and showed him my hands. My nails were uneven, and lumpy please see picture for details At this point another technician working nearby and the woman doing my nails began to converse. Unfortunately, I was not able to understand what was being said. There were several ladies around me that were enjoying the service that I myself was waiting for. However, once the technician started my pedicure, I noticed that I was not offered any specific services like the other customers sitting around me (i.e. spa Pedi, regular or deluxe), rather my feet were placed in cold water and only after I asked for the water to be adjusted did I begin to look more closely at my nails. I tried to get as comfortable as I could while they continued to make jokes about the poor service I received. In the end, the services provided for my feet and toenails came out fine. Shortly after my pedicure, I was approached by the woman who originally did my nails. She told me that I messed the polish up but she would repaint my nails. There was another customer sitting next to me, so I was mindful not to make her uncomfortable about the service she would soon receive. Instead, I just asked for another person. I showed the other technician my nails and explained that nails should not have bumps and gasps where polish should be. After going back and forth with three people, I was told the salon was busy. I told them I would wait to get them fixed. The guy who did my pedicure returned and said he would fix my nails. During this process, the original nail technician returned again and grabbed my hands and said she would do it, I pulled my hands away and firmly told her to please stop grabbing me and someone else would fix my nails. While getting them done, I noticed the technicians in the salon continued to talk about me amongst themselves pointing and making jokes. At this point, Im now on the phone speaking with a friend and said to her that it would be nice if they spoke a language that I, the client, could understand while they are obviously talking about me. This would give me the opportunity to respond. I noticed that two of the technicians stopped working and pulled out towels around where I was sitting and gestured for another person to stand by the door (which seemed kind of strange since they just told me they were so busy). While still on the phone, I said I guess they are worried about me being unhappy and think Im about to run out without paying for service. I truly wish this review could come to an end but I have more to add. One of the guys folding a towel said something else to a much larger women in the salon and with that she replied, please I got you and they both proceeded to laugh. This technician sat down next to me and began folding towels. At this point, Im clearly annoyed and turn to her and ask if she was now a body guard for me. She then asked me if I was scared or felt threatened and I responded not at all and I expressed how poorly my nails looked and felt that they could have gone about this issue in a better way. I also stated that it was not appropriate to treat customers the way I had been treated nor was it appropriate to make clients feel uneasy by being spoke to and about in a language they do not understand. She responded that she didnt know what I was talking about and then stated she didnt speak the same language so she didnt know what they were saying. Immediately after, she said that they are talking about the best way to fix my nails and that they want nothing more than to make me happy. So my respon
0 stars!! Limited selection of nail polish colors, rude nail techs who talk about the customers, and the wait is not worth it. There are other salons that are more welcoming to paying customers.

Service is horrible. Went to get eyebrows done - took 15 mins at the chair - they called me back & another 15 mins waiting and the place was not busy. I would rather you tell me how long it will take and let me decide if I want to wait. I was told "we be right with you".
absolutely horrible experience there... guy doing my pedicure was texting on his phone the entire time and then sliced my toe open and tried to act like he didn't do it even though blood was gushing everywhere. He kept telling me "put foot in water" over and over ... it hurt like hell so i told him just to paint my toes and I was leaving. I expressed my concerns to women who was waiting to take my payment and she stared at me and said 22.00. I paid it to get the hell out of there but will never ever go back and hope noone else puts themselves throught it either.

Terrible customer service. I was told to go to a room to have brows done nobody ever came in or asked why I was leaving or why I put a line through my name in the sign in book on the way out. I will never go back.

this is a really great salon they treat you with so much respect & they are very kind. there prices are also very cheap .
I having been going to this salon every three weeks for over a year for gel nails and pedicures. They do a great job and if I break a nail or chip my polish between appointments they have always taken care of it for me, so nice, no charge. I don't know why the review that says her gel nails fell off a few days later wouldn't have gone back and told them. They would have surely wanted to know and would have redone them.

I was extremely happy with both the quality and the friendliness of the service I received. I saw Kim. She was very gentle and accommodating, and my nails look great!
My nails completely fell off by the 4th day! i spent a lot of money just to have them fall off in less then a week. thats ridiculous.
