This is hands down a great place to shop. A few months ago I broke a prong on my engagement ring and I was looking for a jeweler closer to home for repairs. On a whim I went into Robbins and was amazed with the hospitality that I was greeted with. They promptly took my ring to repair it, gave me a schooling on diamonds while I waited and offered me warm chocolate chip cookies. Before I left they not only cleaned my engagement ring they also took my wedding back and cleaned it as well. I went in for a repair and came out a loyal customer. Amazing, is really how I would describe my experience at Robbins, I could go on about the comfort I felt while shopping for an engagement ring but rather I will elaborate on the service after the sale. (I will try to keep it quick) I showed up to buy a ring close to Christmas as I wanted to propose while we were back home with our families, unfortunately I didn't leave enough time for the ring that I ordered to come in before I needed to pick it up. My salesman, Evan, wanted my plan to go through so he had the diamond set in a temporary setting so I could go through with my proposal as planned. After the holiday when the setting finally came in it was no problem to get the setting switched to the one I had ordered, only come to find out that I had second thoughts about the setting I ordered and decided to have the stone put back into the temporary setting as we liked that one better. All I am trying to say with this drawn out story is, Robbins sales and service can't be beat.

I never thought how vital a jeweler would be to me throughout the course of my engagement ring search, as well as the rest of my life as a married man. It's all about the customer when visiting Robbin's Diamonds - any of them in the Philadelphia area. There was never any pressure - I always feel 100% comfortable whether I am looking for an engagement ring, watch or a simple jewelery cleaner. It was the first jewelry store I visited and the last - my wife and I visit Robbins for all of my jewelry needs.I can even bring the kids into the DE store as they have a toys and videos in the lobby of the store.
