We are a Licensed Mortgage Lender by the Delaware Banking Commissioner. Our Branch Manager John R. Thomas is the author of the book "Your Guide to Buying Your First Home in Delaware" and hosts monthly First Time Home Buyer Seminars to educate Delaware home buyers. Primary Residential Mortgage is a national mortgage banker but we processor, underwriter, and fund our loans locally right here in Newark, Delaware.
